All activities in trip itinerary, accommodation, airport pickup and drop-off, transport, visa & flight help, a tour leader, and meals mentioned in the itinerary!
Generally speaking, Get Lost trips are for anybody who wants an adventure. There won't be any heavy-duty physical activities, but we encourage people to leave their comfort zones so that they return home with some truly remarkable memories.
Get Lost trips include wonderful, local accommodation, transport, and activities during your trip. However, because of the destinations we go to, we cannot guarantee you won't come back without a couple clothes stains or sweaty stories.
We offer a flexible cancellation policy for all bookings. You may cancel free of charge (minus the transferable deposit) up until 90 days prior to departure.
90-31 days before departure, you have two options:
- Transfer the entire cost of the trip towards another one of our trips.
Or
- Be refunded 50% the cost of the trip after the deposit is subtracted.
30 days or less before departure: No refund possible. Please check with your travel insurance provider to see if your situation qualifies you for reimbursement of the cost.
We will process any refunds within 7-14 business days of your request.
